the location proved to be very convenient. it was easy to access many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. they provided great service and were very attentive to my needs.

the breakfast buffet selection could have offered a greater variety of choices.

the elevator provided easy access to all floors of the hotel. the hotel also offered secure, guarded parking nearby, giving me peace of mind about my vehicle . i found this security really appreciated.

The hotel's restaurant offered a breakfast service. i also found several excellent cafés and a viennese pastry shop just opposite the hotel. these external dining options provided great alternatives, and the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff was very kind and helpful . the rooms were clean and spacious offering a comfortable experience. i found the minibar had a great selection of local wines at reasonable prices.

I experienced some noise from the street. Artists were playing music, which affected rest.

The hotel's location is great, close to many restaurants. the room was large, warm, and very clean. I found it comfortable. i also appreciated the fresh breakfast options (especially the fruits).

i found the noise from the elevator disruptive at times. my room was located near it, and the sounds were quite audible late into the night. this made sleeping a little difficult.

The location was ideal! it was close to many restaurants! i also appreciated the room's cleanliness. It really felt fresh. the staff answered any questions. breakfast offered a nice variety. I enjoyed having those fresh options.

the staircase outside my window was a little strange. it felt a bit exposed.
